Rinku.ME is a URL shortening service that allows users to create shortened links and generate revenue by sharing them. We do not host any content on our site. Instead, users utilize our service to shorten their long links, which they can then share on their own platforms. We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same.

If you believe that a shortened link on our site is being used to infringe upon your copyright, we encourage you to contact the respective third-party website hosting the content in question. Since we do not host any content ourselves, we cannot remove or disable access to the material directly.

However, if you would still like to report a link, please send the following information to [email protected], and we will try to get back to you within 7 days:

  1. Contact Information: Your address, phone number, and email address.

  2. Identification of the copyrighted work: A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or if multiple copyrighted works are covered by this notice, you may provide a representative list of the copyrighted works.

  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing: A description of the material that you claim is infringing or is subject to infringing activity, along with information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material. This includes the URL of the link on our site.

  4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, or the law.

  5. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

  6. A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright that is allegedly infringed.

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will review the reported link and respond accordingly. Please note that since we do not host content, we may not be able to remove or disable access to the material itself. We recommend contacting the hosting site directly for content removal.
